Implementing our TPM tool, Prometric, in one of the UK’s leading soft drink suppliers

Following a competitive process including large and niche TPM software providers, Sellex were selected as the partner to install a fully integrated TPM system and accompanying process into their client’s UK business. We worked closely with the client team to build a detailed specification of their needs and the configured our tool, Prometric to precisely meet these needs.

Equally important and in many ways the biggest challenge, was to ensure that our tool interfaced seamlessly with SAP and other core data sources. Beyond the tool we worked with the client to define detailed promotional guidelines and an integrated business process, both critical to their overall TPM vision. Prometric is now the core sales tool, being used by over 200 sales, marketing and finance personnel.
